I offer the following sessions to support your wellbeing and therapeutic journey:

  • Individual Therapy Session

    £65

  • Walk-and-Talk Therapy Session

    £75

  • Combined Somato-Emotional Release and Talking Therapy

    (90 minutes)

    £100

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
